✅ Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

-Breast pumps

-Bottles and feeding accessories

-Diapers and wipes

-Potty training items

-Opened toys, teethers, and developmental products

🔁 Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

💸 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days via M-Pesa or the original payment method.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or a wrong item was sent.
